Orders and Shipping
How long does standard shipping take?
Everything is made to order in our Cape Town workshop. Products are usually ready in around 5-7 days. Larger furniture takes longer, about 10-plus days, and we'll confirm timing once your order is placed.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose your nearest location.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What does "made to order" mean?
We produce each piece once you order it, so nothing sits in stock. It's why lead times apply, and it's how we keep the range considered.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, excluding furniture items. Please see the policies section for more information.
